Endorsement - Heather Ledvina

Tyrene is the kind of person who doesn’t just offer help—she invests in people. She believes in giving others the tools, support, and encouragement they need to succeed on their own.

Tyrene has always been, at her core, a true people person. I had the privilege of meeting her shortly after I moved to Colorado five years ago. My horse, being himself, decided to wander into the neighboring pasture to introduce himself—which quickly turned into a full community effort to catch him. That moment sparked what would become a meaningful and lasting friendship.

Over the years, Tyrene and I’s paths have crossed in many ways. She has been my friend, my landlord, my coworker, my horse-sitter—and at one point, I even had the opportunity to serve as her supervisor. In every role, Tyrene has consistently shown up with integrity, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

Tyrene is the kind of person who doesn’t just offer help—she invests in people. She believes in giving others the tools, support, and encouragement they need to succeed on their own. She can be your biggest cheerleader, an honest voice when needed, and a steady source of support through challenges. Her approach is grounded in both compassion and accountability, which is a rare and valuable balance.

At her core, Tyrene is deeply committed to serving her community. She knows the people, understands their needs, and recognizes that growth requires both listening and a willingness to adapt. She leads with humility and isn’t afraid to learn, evolve, and make thoughtful decisions that benefit the greater good.

I am proud to call Tyrene a friend and incredibly grateful for the many times I have been on the receiving end of her generosity. Since moving to Colorado, she has been a part of so many chapters of my life, and I am excited to watch her step into this next chapter in her book.

I wholeheartedly support Tyrene Cook for County Commissioner and believe she is an exceptional choice for this role.

Gather
Around the Campfire

DSC09826.jpg
Tyrene has always loved sitting around the campfire since she was a little girl. Many of her fondest memories were born in that warm circle of light, where stories drifted into the night air and laughter wrapped everyone like a blanket. She’s always believed that real conversations happen around a fire—the kind that are honest, heartfelt, and unhurried. There’s a certain magic in watching the flames dance and feeling people draw closer, not just physically but emotionally. Around a campfire, genuine happens. Friendship happens. And that spirit is exactly why Campfire Chronicles was born.
